30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@pupprintsstore.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to: Pup Prints Store, 4145 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60629

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/custom items (custom portraits, engraved items)
• Items marked as final sale
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
