At Pup Prints Store, we want you to receive your pet-themed treasures as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
For oversized items such as cat trees, dog crate end tables, and large rugs, additional processing time of 1-2 days may apply. These items ship via standard ground service.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@pupprintsstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
